Hon Tai is the closest of the three main dive islands, just 5–10 minutes away by boat. Deeper areas between 10 m and 15 m are home to many species of nudibranch, and batfish, giant pufferfish, schools of barracuda, snappers and parrotfish are frequent encounters. Conditions can change quickly.
Also known as Hòn Tài, Lucky Island.

The dive
The deeper areas between 10 m and 15 m are home to many species of nudibranch. Batfish, giant pufferfish, schools of barracuda, snappers and parrotfish are frequently seen around the reef.
Conditions at the site change quickly, with visibility sometimes dropping to 4–5 m and the current occasionally running strong. When conditions allow, that movement makes Hon Tai well suited to relaxed drift dives.
