Fitii drop-off
A shallow-topped wall used for Huahine's training dives
A drop-off off Huahine that is open to divers of every level and kept within 20 m. Its shallow top suits first dives, beginners and training, which stay between 2 and 6 m, while the steep wall below is riddled with holes.
Also known as Tombant de Fitii, Le tombant de Fitii.

The dive
Training dives stay on the top of the drop-off, between 2 and 6 m, where the shallow depth makes the site well suited to beginners. Past the training depth, the dive follows the wall down to 20 m.
The wall itself is steep and pocked with cavities. A torch shows the small, colourful life hiding in the holes, which makes this a good dive for anyone who enjoys looking for small animals.
