Arena is a volcanic rocky reef a short boat ride from the Praia da Vitória marina on Terceira, lying at about 12 m in a calm and peaceful stretch of water. The short ride and the shallow bottom suit newly certified divers.

The dive
Divers explore a volcanic rocky reef that lies at about 12 m, in a calm and peaceful area 5 minutes out from the marina. The shallow reef makes a good spot for adaptive dives and for underwater photography.
