Pontoporos wreck
The deepest wreck on the Quiberon dive list
The Pontoporos is the deepest of the wrecks dived from the Quiberon peninsula, lying at 38 m. It is open to Level 2 divers and above. Huge conger eels, schools of pouting, pollack and lobsters live around the boilers and propeller that remain on the hull.

The dive
The wreck rests at 38 m on a bottom of gravel and rock, the deepest point of any dive on the Quiberon list. Two large boilers and the propeller shaft remain, and the propeller lies on what is left of the deck. Only divers holding at least Level 2 are taken down to the Pontoporos.
