Los Cañones
An Estaño-zone dive within reach of newly certified one-star divers
Los Cañones is a shallow site in the Estaño zone, one of the stretches of Asturian coast worked by Gijón's Club Alpha Buceo. Its bottom lies at 16 m, and divers holding a one-star card (B1E, Buceador 1 estrella) can join it.

The dive
The site sits in the Estaño zone and bottoms out at 16 m, and a one-star (B1E) card is all it asks for. Las Gemelas, also in the Estaño zone, is a shallower 12 m dive at the same certification level.
