Freddies Nook is a sheltered rocky reef with encrusting coral, lying toward the island from Suzy's Wreck. Its sandy bottom, shallow depth and shelter make it an ideal site for courses and intro dives.

The dive
Rocks crusted with coral sit on a sandy bottom between 8 and 12 m. Course groups work on the sand, and the rocky reef with its encrusting coral gives the rest of the dive something to look at.
