Umma Gumma is a line of rocks running east to west off Grande Island, and each side of it gives a different dive. The south face is a small wall from the surface to 12 m, while the north face is a gentle slope strewn with big boulders, so one site offers both a vertical and a sloping profile.

The dive
The dive follows one face of the rock line or the other. On the south side the small wall runs from the surface down to 12 m, the deepest part of the site; on the north side the bottom is a gentle slope of big boulders that reaches only about 8 m.
