Dreamhouse is a seamount the size of a football field off Savusavu, where current carries nutrients over the soft corals and draws in pelagics. Grey reef sharks, tiger sharks and schools of hammerheads are the reason divers make the trip, and the site is a dive for seasoned divers.
Also known as Dream House.

The dive
Divers drop down quickly through the current to where a wall begins at around 10 m. Small grey reef sharks at about 15 m often come before the bigger animals, and tiger sharks and big schools of hammerheads often appear when the current runs. Barracuda and whitetip sharks also patrol the seamount, whose northern edge drops from 12 m (40 ft) to 76 m (250 ft).

Season follows Savusavu & Natewa Bay: Diving runs all year with no peak month: the wet months bring calm, warm water and the trade-wind months bring chop but very good visibility.
Know before you go
- The descent is made quickly through current to reach the wall at around 10 m.
- The northern edge falls away from 12 m (40 ft) to 76 m (250 ft), so depth needs watching along that side.
