Tyulenovo
Small canyons and caverns cut into a shallow rocky bay

Tyulenovo is a shore dive in a small bay below the red cliffs of the northern Bulgarian coast, where the rock is cut with caves. Its shallow, broken seabed of canyons and caverns makes it a place where divers come to train and to practise their skills rather than to chase depth.
Also known as Tyulenov, Tyulenovo North, Tyulenovo South.
Where it is and how deep

The dive
Divers walk in from the beach of the small bay. The north point stays within 10 m and is cut by many small canyons and caverns, which make the route a good exercise in navigation and buoyancy control. Large rocks cover the seabed, and visibility varies between 5 and 20 m.
