Tunnel

A 42 m passage through the rock with small side rooms

The Tunnel is a swim-through passage in the rock west of Alanya Castle, about 25 minutes by boat from the harbour. Divers enter at one end and leave at the other at the same depth. Small rooms open off its sides along the way.

The dive

Both the entrance and the exit lie at 13 m. In between, the passage runs for about 42 m and is 3 to 6 m wide, with small pockets like rooms opening off it, before the far opening brings divers back into open water.
