Smashed is a rock and sand site reached by a 10-minute swim from shore, with a depth range that runs from 9 m to 55 m. A shipwreck lies on the site, though how the ship came to be wrecked is not recorded. The lower part of the profile is far below recreational limits, so the depth a diver plans is the main decision here.

The dive
The dive starts from the shore with a swim of about 10 minutes out to the site, on the Keserwan coast north of Jounieh, where a local club lists it as a deep wreck formation. The shallowest part of the dive is around 9 m, over a mix of rock and sand, and from there the bottom carries on down.
The site keeps going deeper, to 55 m, and somewhere on it lies a shipwreck whose story is not known: there are not enough details to say how the ship was wrecked. The lower part of that range lies far beyond recreational limits, so the planned maximum depth decides how much of the site a diver sees before turning back toward the shore.
