Yellow Corner
A knoll covered in yellow soft corals found nowhere else around Gizo
Yellow Corner is an extension of Naru Wall on the barrier reef off Gizo, built around a knoll covered in rare yellow soft corals that grow nowhere else in the Gizo area. It is at its best when the current is running, and experienced divers seek it out for that unusual coral.

The dive
The dive runs along the barrier reef where Naru Wall extends into Yellow Corner, typically between five and eighteen metres. The focus is the knoll at the corner, covered in rare yellow soft corals that are found at no other site around Gizo, with large staghorn coral formations alongside. The dive is at its best with the current running.
