Aliah wreck

An overturned bow full of congers on a 1940 Dutch freighter

The Aliah is a 43 m Dutch cargo ship lost in the Glénan archipelago in 1940, one of several wrecks there alongside the steamers Mustang and Ellé. It rests on a sand bed at 38 m, and its upside-down bow is occupied by congers.
