Rennell Sound is a sound off the west coast of Graham Island. It is the deeper, more demanding side of the islands' diving, with current that can run strong, and it is aimed at experienced divers and underwater photographers rather than newcomers.

The dive
Dives in Rennell Sound cover a wide span of depth, from 5 m in the shallows down to 30 m. Current can be mild or moderate but can also run strong, and with that depth and water movement together the site is meant for experienced divers rather than those fresh from their first course.
