Canyons 1 and 2 are a back-to-back pair of wall sites off La Parguera that together span just under 3.2 km (2 miles). Years of current have carved deep canyons into the bottom: the tops of some start at 18 m (60 ft) and their floors reach 40 m (130 ft) and more.

The dive
The two sites run one after the other along the wall system and together cover just under 3.2 km (2 miles). Deep canyons, carved by years of current, make up the bottom. The larger ones can look shallow from above, but the tops of some start at 18 m (60 ft) and their floors run down to 40 m (130 ft) and beyond, so depth needs watching inside them.
The sites show the scale of a wall system that runs for more than 32 km (20 miles) along the shelf edge. Trips here are two-tank boat dives from La Parguera that need a certification card.
