The dive
The site takes its name from a swim-through in the wall at 37 m (120 ft). Divers no longer enter it, so the dive runs along a sheer drop-off instead. Wall dives off La Parguera run from 18 m (60 ft) to 37 m (120 ft).
Sandy channels run through the reef here, and nurse sharks nap on the sand inside them. Other sharks are common along the drop-off, and that is what brings repeat divers back to ask for the site. The wall system off La Parguera holds sea fans, tube sponges and barrel corals, and the trips are two-tank boat dives.
