Amager Strandpark is a beach park on the Øresund close to Copenhagen, and its dive trail, Havheksen, was built for divers north of the pier. Entry and exit are easy, and the shallow, laid-out course of underwater features suits divers with an Open Water certification or its equivalent.
Also known as Havheksen.
Where it is and how deep
55.6566° N, 12.6453° EApproximate position — the dashed circle shows where the site lies; your operator's briefing has the mooring.
The dive
Havheksen runs for about 200 m at 3.5 to 4 m depth. Along it lies a series of underwater landscapes and fixed points, each built to give divers a different experience and a small challenge, so the dive follows the course from one feature to the next and stays within 5 m throughout.
