Secca di Cala Rosa
An offshore shoal rising to 10 m in the Tonnara gulf
Secca di Cala Rosa is a shoal in the gulf of the Tonnara, a few hundred metres off the San Vito lo Capo coast. It rises from deep water to a top at about 10 m, and divers go for a rich offshore rock that can be dived from its shallow crown down its flanks.
Also known as Secca di Cala Rossa, Cala Rossa.

The dive
The shoal climbs from a seabed of about 40–50 m to a crown at about 10 m, so the dive works the top and the flanks of the rock, which reach the gulf floor at its foot.
