Jorogo Rock
A tangle of interlocking rocks with entry from boat or shelf

Jorogo Rock lies about 10 minutes by boat from Horomui harbour. Rocks are jumbled together in a complex arrangement, and the current is weak. Divers can enter from the boat or from the rock shelf, and the bottom reaches 23 m.
Also known as 女郎子岩, Jorogo Iwa.

The dive
Entry is from the boat or from the rock shelf, 10 minutes from Horomui harbour. The rocks at this point interlock in a complex pattern, and the current is weak. The bottom reaches 23 m at the deepest.

Season follows Shakotan Peninsula: Diving runs all year; July to September is the best season for fish and visibility, while the colder months bring the sea lions.
