Amarantos Wall
A wall running straight out from the shore, with rock formations on top
Amarantos Wall is a rock wall on the Skopelos coast that runs out perpendicular to the shore, starting from 5 m and dropping to 20–30 m. It is a shore dive reached by car, and divers come for the rock formations along the upper part of the wall.

The dive
The wall begins at 5 m close to the shore and runs straight out from it. Divers swim out along it until they reach the top of the wall, then turn back in a zigzag pattern, crossing to and fro over the rock formations on its upper level.

Season follows Skopelos: Conditions are best from April to October; the water runs from about 14 °C in March to 26 °C in August.
