San Antonio Cave
A cave mouth at 17 m with a 10 m swim inside
San Antonio Cave is a boat dive near Potos on Thassos, built around a cave whose mouth sits at 17 m. It is an easy but exciting dive with a short overhead section, and it suits Open Water divers through to advanced divers when they go in with a guide.

The dive
Divers drop from the boat to 8 m, then follow a set route down to the cave entrance at 17 m. The cave runs about 10 m into the rock, and that penetration is made only with a certified instructor or guide leading the group.

Season follows Thassos: Daily boat dives run from Potos from May to October; the island is very crowded in July and August, with power cuts and water interruptions.
