Sharm Yanbu
A small wreck in calm, shallow water north of Yanbu
Sharm Yanbu is a calm, shallow site north of Yanbu used for training, beginners and discovery scuba. The bottom stays within 12 m, and a small wreck sits among the reef life, so the site also works well for night dives.

The dive
The water is calm and never deeper than 12 m, which keeps the dive easy for students and new divers. Around the small wreck and the reef, turtles, lionfish and stonefish are the usual sightings, and dolphins pass occasionally. After dark the same shallow ground is used for night dives.
