Valley
A lone rocky hill ringed by sand valleys
Valley is a rocky hill rising from the seabed in the Amchit region, ringed on every side by sandy valleys. The rock tops out at 22 m and its flanks run down to 34 m, so even the crown of the hill is a deep dive, and the sand all around it lies deeper still.
Where it is and how deep
34.1545° N, 35.6227° EApproximate position — the dashed circle shows where the site lies; your operator's briefing has the mooring.
The dive
The top of the hill lies at 22 m and its flanks drop to 34 m where they meet the sand. Sandy valleys surround the rock on all sides, so the hill stands alone on the seabed and the dive is spent on and around it.
