Cranberry Cove
A sheltered cove where Open Water students train
Cranberry Cove is a protected shore site reached by a short hike from the road. Inside the cove the bottom ranges from 1.5 m (5 ft) to 7.6 m (25 ft), shallow and sheltered enough that Open Water students train on its right-hand side, with deeper water outside the cove.

The dive
Training dives use the right-hand side of the cove, where the sheltered bottom runs between 1.5 m (5 ft) and 7.6 m (25 ft). Divers who want more depth than the cove offers can swim out beyond the protected water.
