Cyrano

A sunken tug close to Port-Lay, home of the island's dive club

The Cyrano is the wreck of a tug lying at 18 m not far from Port-Lay, the Groix harbour where the island's dive club is based. It is a wreck open to Niveau 1 divers, the first French level, which covers dives down to 20 m.

The dive

The dive is on the hull of a tug resting on the bottom at 18 m near Port-Lay, so the whole visit stays inside the Niveau 1 limit of 20 m. That depth opens the Cyrano to divers with a first-level French certification.
