Tevikholmen
Island rock, a sand shelf, then a steep plunge
Tevikholmen is an island drop-off: the rock falls to a sandy shelf, then steep terrain plunges far below the dive. It is a weak-current site with very good visibility below 10 m, and the profile can run from the shallows to deep along the slope.

The dive
From the island at Tevikholmen the rock drops to 10–14 m, and a sand bottom carries on to 20 m. Past that, steep terrain falls to 60–70 m, beyond the recommended range of 0–39 m, so the dive turns on the slope. Current is weak and visibility below 10 m is very good. The life is fjord-type mixed with open-sea species: mussels, hermit crabs living with anemones, starfish, snails and prawns.
