Parkhaus Post is an Überlingen shore dive down a slope onto a steep wall that ends in an overhang, with burbot and Lake Constance whitefish on the bottom. In December and January char and eels shelter under the overhang. It is a site for advanced divers and is often underestimated.

The dive
A slope leads down from the shore, and at about 24 m it turns into a steep wall. The wall ends in an overhang at roughly 36 m, and from about 40 m a steep slope falls away again. Burbot and whitefish hold near the bottom, and in December and January char and eels gather in the shelter of the overhang.

Season follows Lake Constance: Diving runs all year; guided dives run from April to October, while December and January bring char and eels to the Parkhaus Post overhang.
Know before you go
- The steep wall with its overhang is often underestimated, and serious diving accidents happen here.
