Rebocador Marte
A tug in navigational position on three levels, grown over with sponges and coral

The Marte is a tugboat sunk on purpose as an artificial reef 12 km off the coast of Serrambi, in 1997. It sits in navigational position between 16 and 33 m, three levels high with several passages, and is now covered in sponges and coral. The dive is for advanced and experienced divers.

The dive
The dive on the Marte starts at 16 m. The tug sits in navigational position, and the wreck runs over three levels down to the bottom at 33 m. Several passages and openings run through the structure.
Since the tug went down as an artificial reef in 1997, sponges and coral have grown over the hull. With the lower parts of the wreck at 32 to 33 m, it is a deep dive, which is why it is offered to advanced and experienced divers.

- The bottom of the wreck is at 33 m: plan a deep profile and watch no-decompression time and gas on the lower levels.
- Passages run through the three levels; enter them only with overhead training and a guide who knows the wreck.
