Scoglio d'inferno is a pinnacle standing in the middle of Baia d'inferno and rising from a depth of 22 m. The dive takes place around the rock, and its walls are described as rich in life — enough to make the site interesting to beginners and experienced divers alike, which is what carries a dive with no other structure to it.

The dive
The rock is the dive. A pinnacle rises from 22 m in the middle of Baia d'inferno, and the dive takes place around it, with the pinnacle itself as the navigation — there is no route to lose and nothing to find, only the depth you choose to work at and the direction you go round. The 22 m at its base is the deepest the profile needs to reach.
That is also why it takes mixed groups. The site is described as interesting for beginners and experienced divers alike, and the reason given is the walls: they are rich in life, and a slow circuit of the rock sees far more of it than a fast lap does. Anyone still building their first hours can work the upper part of the pinnacle and stay on the same feature as everyone else.
