A pinnacle topping out at 5 m and falling past 60

Pinnacle 2 is a large pinnacle five minutes by boat from Sanctum Una Una, topping out at 5 m and dropping past 60. The top twelve metres are shallow and forgiving enough for beginners to practise on, while the same site works as a drop-off point for experienced divers heading to the deeper pinnacles nearby.

The dive
The pinnacle starts at 5 m, so its top sits just under the surface and the descent is a matter of following the structure down rather than dropping through open blue. New divers are worked around the shallow crown down to about 12 m, which is the depth the site is described as safe practice ground to: the rock stays in reach as a reference the whole way round, and nothing about that part of the dive needs hurrying.
Below that the same rock keeps going, past 60 m with no floor in the recreational range, and this is where the site changes character. For experienced divers it is described as a drop-off point rather than a destination: somewhere to get in and move out to the deeper pinnacles nearby. How those dives are run is not published, so the briefing rather than the site decides the profile, and the 12 m crown is the only part with a stated depth to it.
