Hell's Gorge
A large air pocket in the middle of a sea cave almost 100 m long
Hell's Gorge is a sea cave on Sazan Island whose entrance opens at only 10 m and whose passage extends for almost 100 m. In the middle of the cave a large air pocket lets divers surface inside a hall, and on the way back the sunlit blue water shows the way out.
Also known as Gorge of Hell, Hell’s Gorge.

The dive
Divers drop to the cave entrance at 10 m and swim into a passage that extends for almost 100 m, with the reef outside reaching 20 m. In the middle of the cave a large air pocket opens overhead, and divers rise into it to surface in the hall above. On the way back, the dark blue of the sunlit water shows the way out of the cave.
