The dive
Ilha Redonda offers no sheltered anchorage for a boat, and its best dive point is the channel between it and Ilha Comprida. The dive is in the channel itself, where depths reach 18 m.
Neighbouring Ilha Comprida is the more sheltered of the two islands, with spots for different wind and sea conditions; its north-face rocks and the Saco Sul are dived most often, and the Lage da Alagada, off the island's north-east tip, becomes an option in good sea conditions.
