Secca dei Sei Metri
A single rock monolith rising from 40 m to within 6 m of the surface
The submerged twin of La Canna off Filicudi: a single monolith of rock that rises from 40 m to just 6 m below the surface. Its walls draw passing open-water fish and barracuda, and the depth of its base makes it a dive for experienced divers.
Also known as Secca dei 6 metri.

The dive
The top of the monolith lies at 6 m, and from there its walls fall away to the base at 40 m. The faces of the rock are the attraction, with open-water fish passing and barracuda in the water around it.
