Orange Canyon is a West Bay Wall dive named for the orange elephant ear sponges that cover its coral pinnacles. The route drops from the mooring through a canyon and out onto the face of the wall, a deep profile that sees occasional currents.
Where it is and how deep
No published position for this site — the map shows Grand Cayman and its other sites; operators know the mooring.
The dive
The dive starts at a mooring ball, from where divers descend into the blue through a canyon cut into the reef. The canyon leads out onto the wall itself, and divers emerge on the face at around 30 m (100 ft) before working along it.
