The Temple is a massive cave near Fiskardo in the north of Kefalonia, and one of the island’s preferred dive sites. Divers go for the light that fills the chamber from outside and for walls covered in sponges and corals.
Also known as Temple Cave.

The dive
The cave has two entrances: a very large opening in its roof and a smaller one on the other side, along the cliff. Its walls are covered with sponges and corals, and from the middle of the cave the light coming in from outside fills the chamber. The deepest point of the dive is 26 m, and it can be combined with the Cliff and Little Church sites.
