Kei Sei 113 is an old fishing boat put down off Flic en Flac specifically as a dive site, and it has been an artificial reef since the 1980s. It was sunk at 35 metres, which is deep enough that the profile is run on a fixed bottom time rather than explored at leisure, and deep enough to want advanced or deep-specialty training behind it.

The dive
At 35 metres the descent goes to the bottom of the recreational range straight away, so the profile is agreed before anyone gets in the water and the bottom phase is short. Decades on the seabed have turned the hull into an artificial reef, and the growth on it is now as much of the dive as the boat underneath. Nothing published describes the vessel's size, attitude or condition.
Bottom time is the constraint at this depth, so the shape of the dive is a turn time rather than an itinerary. Nothing published covers penetration or an interior route, so treat it as an outside dive unless your guide says otherwise and you hold the training for it.
