Cinquini — Roche Cinquini on some lists — is a rock pinnacle just outside the mouth of Bastia's port, rising from 44 m to within 22 m of the surface. With its top already at 22 m it is one of the deeper rock dives on the Bastia corridor, kept for divers with the depth grades to work its flanks.

The dive
The boat drops you close over the peak, and the first task is a direct descent through open water to the summit at 22 m. From there the dive is a tour of the rock itself: pick a depth band on the flanks, work around the pinnacle, and step the circuit shallower as the no-stop time runs down. The base sits at 44 m, so even the summit leg is already a deep dive and bottom time is short.
Plan it as a fixed deep profile rather than a wander: the rock gives you a reference from 22 m down to 44 m and nothing shallower, which means the safety stop hangs in blue water on the line. It suits deep-qualified divers used to managing depth and gas on a single structure, with no shallow terrain to retreat to if the plan changes.
