The Anonymous Wreck is exactly that: an unidentified wreck lying at 32 m near Agni reef on Corfu's north-east coast. The dive starts on the slope at 10 m and descends gradually until the hull appears ahead at 32 m — a deep dive whose draw is partly that nobody has put a name or a story to the ship.

The dive

Entry is over the slope near Agni reef, starting in 10 m of water. From there the dive is one long, gradual descent, following the bottom down until the wreck appears in front of you at 32 m. The slow approach makes the profile forgiving on the way in — you spend the early minutes shallow rather than dropping straight to depth on a line.

Nothing certain is published about the ship — no name, no type, no account of its loss — so the wreck is dived as a shape on the seabed rather than a museum piece. At 32 m your bottom time is short: survey the hull, keep the no-deco margin in hand, and climb back up the same slope, which turns the return into a natural multilevel ascent ending in the shallows at 10 m.
