Armutlu Burnu
Very old amphorae at 30 m below a crevice-cut headland
Armutlu Burnu is a headland on the Datça peninsula that is dived both by day and at night. Its rock is cut by crevices that shelter colourful shrimp, crawfish, octopuses and moray eels, and very old amphorae lie at 30 m.

The dive
Many crevices break up the rock of the headland, and they are full of colourful shrimp, crawfish, octopuses and moray eels. Very old amphorae lie at 30 m. The cape is dived by night as well as by day.
