A shallow training beach that never goes deeper than 6 m

A shallow beach site at Ammos tou Kambouri in Ayia Napa, known for easy access and gently sloping terrain. A small channel leads out from very shallow water to about 2 m and on to a maximum of around 6 m, and the site is used mainly for try dives and training sessions.

The dive
Blue Haze sits at Ammos tou Kambouri Beach in Ayia Napa. Entry is from the beach or down a few steps, into water that is very shallow at the start. A small channel leads out through the shallows to around 2 m, and from there the seabed slopes gently on to a maximum depth of around 6 m.
With easy beach access and shallow, sloping terrain, the site is used mainly for try dives and training sessions. New divers can practise their skills in water that never gets deeper than 6 m, and the small channel gives a clear route from the beach out to the slope and back again at the end of each session.
