Madonnina
Cliff rocks spreading over a Posidonia meadow
Madonnina is a shallow dive close to the Isola dei Conigli on Lampedusa. A rocky cliff runs down to a base where the rocks spread out over a meadow of Posidonia seagrass, and the dive goes no deeper than 22 m.

The dive
The dive follows the cliff down to its foot. There the rocks fan out over a wide bed of Posidonia, and that seagrass-fringed base, at 22 m, marks the deepest point the dive reaches anywhere along the cliff.
